Looking for a fourth roommate!
We have one room open in our 4 bedroom house. We are located right off Rose ave within 🚶 walking distance to campus! We&#;re situated in a cul-e-sac with a large yard and plenty of parking. Your room is in a private end of the house with access to your own bathroom across the hall (shower shared w/ 1 person) and a private entrance. The interior of our home is freshly remodeled in the past year with all new appliances and a beautiful kitchen. We have a shed outside for storage as well as a carport. We do have a dog (Boxer/Pitbull), his name is Peter! He is very loving and fully house trained. The home is currently fully furnished so all you would need is to furnish your bedroom. We are Junior&#;s in college (2 at UNCW, 1 at Cape Fear), two of us are and one is . We all work part-⌚time but are home a fair amount. We like to have wine/🎥 movie nights, cook dinner together, and go out most weekends. Please DM us if interested for more info!
