There was an issue with javascript, some possibles:
▶ Wait for the page to fully load before clicking javascript buttons
▶ For javascript buttons you must click on them directly on its same original page rather than anything different such as right clicking or special viewing.
▶ You might need to enable javascript on your browser.
▶ We messed up and made a code mistake
