I’m looking for someone who can do a lease transfer for 5 months that can move by March 1, and/or -month lease starting July -July .
Rent is $/month for the first five months (March 1, -July ) with ~$/month in utilities (💡electricity and wifi).
For the -month lease starting in July , rent is $/month including 🐕 pet Rent, so if you have a pet, that would already be accounted. If not, that option will be changed once you begin subletting.
It’s the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd Floor, super spacious with an open window facing the trees. It has its own bathroom, sliding door closet, desk, and bed. There are two other 👩 girls on the same floor, and another 👩 girl on the first floor. It has a open kitchen, dining room, furnished living room, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
