Dearing Courtyard is a condo community located on the UGA bus Route, just west of campus. All of the condos in Dearing Courtyard are 2 bedroom, with some being 2 bathroom and some 2.5 bathroom. The 2.5 bathroom condos are the ones upstairs, while the garden units have 2 baths.
Like most condo communities, there are not many community features within Dearing Courtyard, but there is a nice Pool.
Pick you landlord wisely, as this is a condo community the price and lease terms will vary from individual owner to the next....
