Fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. The complex has a gym (with a Pelaton 🚴 bike!!), hot tubs and 🍔 grill deck, study rooms, and amazing office staff. It is a 5 minute 🚶 walk to the student union and library and right off of the strip/Cumberland Ave. The apartment has new appliances, a 📺 tv, and an in unit washer and drier. There is a 🕶️ tandem parking spot included in my lease. The complex is currently sold out with a wait list for /. You would live with my 2 🏆best friends and one other random roommate. I have lived year 2 years and ❤️loved it but I am graduating early. My room gets lots of sunlight and is right off the parking garage which is super convenient!
