The Knox is an off campus student housing. It is located less than a mile from the campus, The Hill, Neyland Stadium, and John C. Hodges Library. It offers many amenities such as:

The Knox offers Individual Leases in their three, four, and five bedrooms. The rent includes high-speed wireless Internet, basic expanded cable, water, and trash.The rooms come fully Furnished, Washer and Dryer in every unit, large closets, and ceiling fans.
The Knox accepts international students. They will need to provide a passport and I-20 form.
