Studio Apartment (across the street from campus facing Broad St. Shopping, dining, campus all within a short 🚶 walk. Lease originally from 8/3///. For medical reasons, my 👨 son is not going to return to UGA this year. The apartment has been vacant since he signed the lease. We are looking for someone to take over the lease. Once approved by the landlord, you can move in right away. The month of October has already been paid!
