Subleasing my furnished bedroom and private bath in a 2bd/2.5 bath apartment at Courtyard Condominiums this summer from mid-May to mid-July (2 months). It&#;s 🚶 walkable to campus (~ min 🚶 walk ), close to Kroger, and very close to two Milledge 🚍 bus stops (~4 and ~5 minute 🚶 walks). Will rent it out for utilities + $ per month (which is dollars off per month!!). Also willing to negotiate!
