The complex is called Lodge of Athens. I’m trying to sublease my unit in a 2 bed 2 bath. It’s minutes from downtown, and it has a 🚍 bus that drives onto campus every minutes. Parking is completely free in the complex. Amenities include a 🏊 pool, a gym, dog park, volleyball and basketball courts. The unit is furnished, has a screened in porch, smart 📺 tv, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and it’s $ a month. You’d be living with a 👩 female UGA student, so a 👩 femaleroommate around college age would be preferred. The bathroom is private and inside the room, and the closet space is very ample, as well as additional drawer space under🎇neath the bed.
