it is mins from campus, faster when low traffic. nice quiet area and quick maintenance. i’ve personally have never had a problem living here or experience any of the horror stories i’ve heard about other places. no bug problem or connection issues. if you are going to stay in athens for the summer, this would be a great place for you and the price i’m asking is what i currently pay. i’m not in it to make a profit, just makes more sense to sublet than spend three months rent at a place i’m not staying in.
