The apartment is furnished by and includes a couch, 📺 tv, 📺 tv stand, desk, chairs, dining table, bed, and an arm chair. Rent is $1, plus utilities (utilities are around $ for one person). Great neighbors also, no upstairs neighbors since its on top floor.
