Other roommates are heading home for the summer so you will have the place to yourself. Less than minute 🚶 walk to campus and short 🚶 walk to downtown. Quiet apartment complex and very quick access to the freeway and downtown Knoxville.

Lease is June 1st - July st. Move-in can be as early as May th.
The complex has Hot Tubs, a clubhouse, 🍔 grills, outdoor deck area, dog park, etc.
Perfect place to stay if you have an internship or summer job in the area.
