Seahawk Landing is a UNCW residence hall for upperclassmen (you must be a UNC student to live here). Unlike typical residence halls, Seahawk Landing has more of an apartment feel. There are seven, three-story buildings with 603 beds. In Seakhawk Landing you have a coffee shop, food market, fitness facility, and Pool.
