We have a spacious townhome with a floor plan of 3 beds x 3 baths. I currently live downstairs which in my opinion, has the most spacious room compared to the other two. Two of my roommates have moved out so you basically have the townhome for yourself. I marked down the price to $ as the usual rent is $. I am also willing to pay for utilities as well.
