Hello! I am in need of someone to take over my lease at the Redlands Apartments during August -July . It is a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. You would have 3 other roommates. It is furnished with a bed, table, dresser, dining table, ⛄ fridge, washerdryer, and ☢ microwave. They also have a community gym and 🏊 pool. 🌊 water,cable, Internet, and pest control are included in $ rent. There are some one-⌚timefees you would pay when you first move in such as an 💡electricityfee. You would also have an 💡electricity bill to divide amongst your 3 other roommates. It is close to UGA campus, more specifically 7 minutes from Science Learning Center. Please email if interested!
