Our apartment is very spacious and you are given a private bath. At the end of 5mo you will have the opportunity to lease individually. Relet deposit for the lodge I believe is 3mo in advance but I would check specifically with the leasing office as it may change due to your own personal qualifications. I am looking to move by March 1st! There is a $ relet fee in addition to what they may charge you as a deposit, Room is FULLY FURNISHED.
