I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for January -July . Rent is $ per month, including everything except 💡electric (usually averages $-$ per month). There is a lease take over fee of $, but that can be spilt! It’s a 4-bed 4-bath apartment on the second floor, meaning you would get your own bed and bathroom. There’s a shared common area with a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry room, dinning space, and living area (with a balcony attached!), and the bedroom comes furnished with a chest of drawers, desk and chair, and bed frame and mattress. I have 3 👩 femaleroommates all in their junior year at UGA, and would prefer another 👩 femaleroommate for them. The community is also 🌉 gated and pet-friendly, and I know my roommates wouldn’t mind another animal if you have one (they all ❤️love and help take care of my dog!).
