I have a 3 bedroom apartment with two other 👩 femaleroommates. We are all leaving for the Summer and I would like to sublease my room to make use of it to someone else. We are all 🎇clean people and I would like to sublease to someone who is also 🎇clean and respectful of the space they are using. The price is negotiable but I set it lower than average because my goal is to just get the place off my hands this Summer- it&#;s not useful to me if I am working in another city. The complex comes with a 🏊 pool, gym, volleyball court, and rec center, and my unit is fairly close to the basketball court. We live on the first floor, so moving in/out and carrying groceries are both hassle-free, and our upstairs neighbors are respectful of us and they keep their volume to a minimum.
