l move into a 2 BR 1.5 BA furnished River Mill townhouse with balcony on August and need to sublet the 2nd bedroom.
I am a youthful ish divorced man with two 👨 sons in college, not at UGA. They might visit every now and then. My degree is a UGA BBA in Marketing. As a public speaker, author, producer and freelance writer I might travel often. not sure of total square footage. Rent includes all utilities except 💡electricity. $ per month should cover everything including a reserved parking space. $ sublet fee will go to River Mill, but no security deposit required. They might waive the sublet fee.
River Mill is 1/2 mile from downtown Athens and Sanford Stadium. Rabid Dawgs sports fans most welcome, 👨 male or 👩 female. no pets please. no illegal drug use please. I am a very tidy person and prefer the same.
This place at this price with this location is very scarce.
