Hi everybody! I&#;m a UGA student, and I&#;m studying in Washington DC in the fall, so my room at Polo Club is available for sublease. The apartment is 4 bed/4 bath, fully furnished, and comes with access to the community 🏊 pool and fitness center. There&#;s plenty of parking, and there&#;s an Athens 🚌 bus stop right outside to take you to/from campus. The UGA Vet Med stop is also a short 🚶 walk away. You&#;ll be renting the one downstairs bedroom. My 3 roommates (2 👨 guys, 1 nonbinary) live upstairs, and they&#;re super cool. I&#;ll definitely miss this place for the semester.
