Monthly rent: $ or $/person . A security deposit has already been paid. Internet; 💡electricity/🌊 water paid for by renters.
The roommate is a 👨 male UGA Ph.D. student and will only be living at the apartment for half of every week. He works remotely and will be traveling to Charlotte frequently. I also am a UGA Ph.D. student and will be living with family at their home in Athens. So, I will be available if you need help with anything.
