I live in the ikon and am looking for someone to sublease my space starting in January. I live with two other 👨 guys and they are 🎇clean and quiet. This unit also has a garage and the parking out front is very easy. The community and amenities (🏊 pool, gym, volleyball court) here are awesome and it is overall a great apartment.
