Looking for one (possibly two) roommates for Athens Ridge this upcoming August !
One roommate has backed out % due to personal reasons, and another may or may not possibly stay with us due to pending graduate school application decisions. There is a $ subleasing fee along with application fees, community fees, etc that may able to be negotiated between you and the roommate whose lease you&#;ll be taking over.
This is a 3-story townhouse setting with one bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other three bedrooms on the 3rd floor. (You would be moving into one of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor.) All utilities are included except 💡electricity and water/sewage.
