Hi, I am looking for a 👨 male to take over my lease as soon as possible. The lease term is until July th, for a 5-bedroom/5.5-bathroom townhouse. Rent is $/month excluding 💡electricity and water. The townhouse is very spacious at square feet. It has a garage, a large kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The complex has amenities such as a 🏊 pool, a gym, a study/computer space, and a volleyball net. There is a 🚍 bus provided by the complex that takes residents to UGA. The room that I am subleasing is circled in the pictures. November rent is already paid.
