I am looking to sublease my room at Athens Ridge from now until July (January rent is paid for); I just have to relocate for work reasons. I live in a four-bedroom townhome with three other 👩 girls who are all very nice and 🎇clean. One of them does have a dog (so preferably no other 🐕 pets) but her room is on the bottom floor; the dog is super sweet and generally stays in her room most of the ⌚time. You would have your own private bathroom as well. Rent is $ a month and the complex has a lot of amenities, including its own 🚍 shuttle. Please message if interested.
