Aero on 24th is an environment inspired by nature, fostering learning and living, with quiet places to study and communal spaces to celebrate. Well-equipped for modern student needs. Generously appointed with extraordinary extras.
Relax. They're all set to reach perfect cruising altitude.
What are Individual Leases?Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Aero for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of the monthly installment. This is just another reason why Aero is a University of Florida and Santa Fe student's best housing option!
What if I have a problem with my apartment?
Our maintenance staff will respond to your student's maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Aero offers 24-hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student's comfort is not affected.
What living options are available?
Aero offers many spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your needs. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments. They each have their own bedroom and bathroom. Your rent includes utilities (water, sewer, trash), wired and Wi-Fi Internet, furniture, access to Aero amenities, and so much more!
Do I have to find roommates before signing?
If you do not have a roommate in mind, we can find you one! Each resident at Aero will fill out a Roommate Matching form so that we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, our team spends weeks looking at these preferences and matching you with the best roommate we can find!
Do you host activities at Aero?
While the main focus of your college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, you also need to have fun along the way. At Aero, you will create life-long relationships and connections that will make you even more successful. Our staff plans monthly resident events to get you and your neighbors involved. We want you to succeed, and that's why we thought of them while designing Aero as a Living-Learning environment!
What is included in the monthly installment?
Aero's installment-based leasing makes life easy. Your monthly installment includes: utilities (water, sewer, trash pickup), premium cable, Wireless Internet, washer & dryer, access to all of Aero's amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them.
Do you have a roommate matching system?
Yes, we offer a roommate matching system. If you don't have anyone in mind that you would like to live with, let us match you up with someone! There is a Roommate Matching Sheet that you will fill out to let us know more about what you're looking for in a roommate. Then, we spend weeks in the summer figuring out the best match for you based on that information.
When is my monthly installment due?
Your payment is always due in the form of a monthly installment on the 1st of the month. You can pay up front (due August 1), in semester installments (due August 1 and January 1), or in twelve equal installments (due August 1 and on the first of the month for the next 11 consecutive months).
How do I pay my monthly installment?
Pets are allowed at Aero. Please contact the Aero Management Team for further details!
Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Aero's insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We suggest getting renter's insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.
What furniture is provided?
Aero is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, under bed dresser drawers, fullsize closets, and private bathroom. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table and an entertainment stand. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops with an extended bar area with bar stools provided, stainless steel like appliances, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment's mailbox located on Aero's property. Aero will also have an innovative package pickup area located in the clubhouse for our residents to enjoy 24/7. Some carriers may deliver to your apartment door.
How close are you to campus?
We are located near the main west side entrance of The University of Florida. You are only steps away from campus and the Southwest Rec Center. Aero is conveniently located on SW 24th, giving you direct access to UF's campus, Butler Plaza, and multiple RTS bus routes all without any traffic inconvenience at all!
