Individual Housing ContractsAll of our student apartments are rented by the room. There's no stress if a roommate leaves Hub University or misses a monthly installment. Rest assured that your student is only responsible for his or her room and never liable for another tenant's payments.
Professional ManagementThe team with Hub Campus University is always on-site for management and maintenance service. We welcome students to come by our office during normal business hours to discuss any concerns --- we are always happy to help! Also, we have a team available around-the-clock for management and maintenance requests.
