Hi my name is Carson McKenzie a current 💛 UCF student looking to hand over my lease for the fall / spring semester. This is a 4x4 👨👩 co-ed apartment. Currently, I have the contact of one of my good friends Kailyn who is occupying one of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, I need to give up this space due to a recent change in employment and have to move closer to where I work.
Rent is monthly but includes all utilities such as 🌊 water, 💡electric,⛽gas, etc.
This complex is very close to the 💛 UCF campus with a running 🚌 shuttle to classes, sporting events, and even the grocerystore. If commuting, the drive is about 7 minutes :))
