My room has an attached bathroom and a closet, the apartment is shared with 2 other peoples. My lease also includes the parking spot in the Vertex parking garage that is already included in the rent price.
Great location, the ASU campus is about a minute 🚶 walk. All the 🍔 restaurant are close by about a 5 minute 🚶 walk. I am flexible on the rent if it is a stretch.
