This is a 3-story house with a basement, a main 1st floor, and a 2nd floor. This room is the only room on the main floor. There is a kitchen and bathroom on the main floor. Currently, there are two other people (M) that live on the second floor. The house has a driveway and a nice fenced backyard. Rent is $ a month plus utilities. I&#;m looking to sublease the place from July to December.
