The monthly bill comes out to a total of $ including ALL amenities, insurance and rent. There will also be a ONE ⌚time $ application fee by the Commons leasing system to get approved.
All current roommates are 👩 female. Attaching a real photo of the room. Comes with a 🚶 walk in closet, dresser, desk, bed frame and mattress.
