Hi everyone! I am a graduate student trying to go home for the summer, so I thought I would try to sublease my apartment while I&#;m gone. It is a great location- within a mile of UTK&#;s campus and there are full amenities with everything included in the $ rent. 🌊 water, 💡electric,wifi, laundry, parking, gym access is all included, as well as renter&#;s insurance.
My roommate is nice and quiet, and generally keeps to herself. She has requested that the apartment be 👩 female ONLY (I only all caps-ed to get people&#;s attention :) )
