I’m looking for someone to take over my lease asap at The Luxx starting May th.
The luxx is 2 miles away from UTSA and offers free🚌 bus rides to students.
I’ll pay the full month of May so you’ll start paying until June (June and July rate is ) after that from august to July is per month.
The room is a 4x4, private closet and Bathroom (🏊 pool view)
The reason I’m moving out is because I’ll be out for summer and will take next semester abroad, I really need someone to sublease the apartment for me.
