I am a current NC State student looking to sublease my apartment for the summer (May th - August 1st), as I will be living in another state. This unit is a corner unit on the second floor where you would have your own private bathroom and bedroom with a nice closet and desk. The place comes fully furnished, including the mattress and desk w/chair, just not decorated like you see in the photos. A nice large kitchen, living room space, and small dining area, all with in unit laundry. I have only 1 roommate and she is also an NC State student who is very kind. She will be taking a summer class and will be around for a few weeks of the summer. Preferably looking for a 👩 femaleroommate to sublease. This place is a 2 minute 🚶 walk to campus with lots of study lounges, a 🏊 pool, a gym, and so much more.
