4 bed/ 4 bath apartment in 🚶 walking distance from campus with lots of dining options downstairs. There is a 🚌 shuttle that goes to and from campus even though it is only across the street (5 minute 🚶 walk). Currently looking for someone to take over my lease for summer, may-august (👩 female apartment). Apartment is extremely spacious and the unit itself has all new appliances and a balcony overlooking the volleyball court. The apartment complex has great amenities including study rooms, computer lab, lap 🏊 pool, resort style 🏊 pool, jacuzzi, outdoor 🍔 grills, and a hour gym & yoga room. The current roomates are extremely 🎇neat and friendly, though they are out of the apartment for good chunks of the day because they work and are involved with school clubs. :)
