I&#;m a year old graduate student at UNC looking for someone to share a 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in Finley Forest, 🚶 walking distance to reliable 🚍 bus lines (FCX, S, N, ). Within minutes to UNC and easy access to Durham. Available in April, move-in date flexible.
It is a quiet neighborhood where many graduate students and young families live and has a shared community 🏊 pool and tennis courts. The house is ~ sq ft with in unit washerdryer and ample storage space, one off-street parking.
House has recently completed kitchen renovation, complete carpet removal, and bathroom update (pictures including carpeting are pre-renovation). Shared spaces are furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. You would have one bedroom on the second floor with large sliding glass door closet that gets great natural light and private bathroom. The remaining third bedroom can be shared as an office space or guest bedroom. Rent is $ a month; utilities (🌊 water, 💡electric,internet) are a month per person.
Looking for someone that is 🎇clean, chill, dog-friendly, and environmentally conscious.
