Selling my Contract for spring and summer (May-Aug).
--The apartment is a shared 4-man apartment, (2 bedroom, 1 bath)
--Rent is $+utilities, (which is discounted from the normal $ a month. )
--Utilities are around $ a month, depending on usage.
--My roommate is selling his contract as well for a similar price, Awesome ward! The 👨 guys in the complex are super awesome. and the other 2 👨 guys in the apartment are staying and they are super SUPER nice and chill :).
--The apartment is furnished, (doesn&#;t come with the 📺 tv), but has a ton of cabinet space for storage in the kitchen, and in the bedrooms.
--The apartment is super close to Smiths grocerystore, just 3 blocks away, and also the UVX station.
-- I&#;ve enjoyed living here! But have a job away for the summer.
