All 3 people currently living there are men, they are all very friendly. The rooms are pretty big as well. The room available for rent has the biggest closet in the house. For reference it can fit a twin inflatable matress. It is a 🚶 walk in closet with shelves included inside. The room comes furnished with a dresser, desk, chair, and bed. The bathroom is private and inside the room. This is a transfer lease, it will expire at the end of July with the option of renewal in the same room if you so choose.
