The apartment is fully furnished, and is within short 🚶 walking distance to UNCW campus. Subleasing will cover the beginning of January to the beginning of July.
Fast internet ( Mbps) is set up in the apartment. A laundry room is located in the main office building. Personal items shown in photos will be removed upon subleasing.
