- 💡electricity is separate and is split between the 4 of us (generally ~$ a month)
- renters insurance is provided by the apartment complex for $. a month
- lease ends in end of July
- close to Texas State University, there’s bobcat 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus stop at this apartment complex
