Hi everyone! I’m looking for a 👨 maleroommate take my lease from early December to July.
This 2b1b apartment located in Royal Park, I have hangers in my room, deposit is paid, I can leave you the furniture if you need it.
Rent is $ per month including utilities (not include internet). Interior of the apartment includes washer, dryer, dishwasher.
Nearby 🚌 bus lines are JFX, J, CM. About minutes to the campus.
The lease is from now until the beginning of July next year, I hope you can move in at the end of November or the beginning of December.
I have already paid the deposit, also, I can leave the furniture if you need! Thanks!
