Hi.. the unit currently has 3 other roommates but two of us are moving out due to family issues and graduation. The other two roommates who aren’t moving out are rarely here. The unit comes fully furnished, full kitchen, & has a in-unit laundry room. Peaceful neighborhood.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
