This is for a single bedroom in a two bed, two bath at the Quad on Delaware. It’s 🚶 walking distance from the UM and stadium village station. I resigned the lease early term last year for $ and I plan on moving in September to be closer to work. This lease will be October- November - August . Though I’m willing to October - August if needed! Utilities are included, but if you go over the limit for 💡electric, you and your roommate will split the difference. I personally never paid more than $5 when over the limit. I will be adding more pictures of the actual bedroom later. There is off street parking if needed, but I did add parking to the this term of the lease and that includes the garage and/or parking lot, but it can be removed if not needed. The current roommate is prefers that another woman takes my place. She very 🎇clean and tidy. She works from home and also has her own business so she works on a hybrid schedule!
