You may be able to get the application fee waived if you negotiate with them. (I was able to when I first moved in but you will have to talk to the complex about it) Utilitiesincluded up to a cap. Parking Is free as long as you obtain a free parking decal.
Roommates preferences: Roommates prefer a moderately 🎇clean and a moderately loud living environment. Preference for a 👨 maleroommate as all the other roommates are 👨 male but if necessary I can inquire to the complex about a 👩 femaleroommate subleasing this but I make no guarantees.
A Note from the apartment complex.
Both you and the sublessee will complete a sublease addendum. It is one form that you both sign. Both parties do not need to be present at the ⌚time of signing, we can have you fill it out as you individually come into the office.
- They need to fill out the leasing contract. They MUST fill out the guarantor form and notarize it for us to accept the application.
The sublease security deposit is $, and the application fee is $. These fees need to be in two separate checks/💰money orders, we do not accept cash or card. Also there is a $ Subleasing Fee that will be as a separate check as well.
