I am looking for a lease take over from June 7th to August th.
This is a room with a private bath in a two bed, two bath apartment at The Henley. My roommate is currently in a degree program at UTK and is not planning on staying past August th, so there could be an opportunity for continuing with a new lease afterward. The room will be unfurnished and the only utilities are internet and 💡electricity which is in my roommate&#;s name. no pets in our apartment, however the complex allows 🐕 pets for extra charge. Complex has 🏊 pools and a gym. Apartment has all appliances. Close to UTK and Stanley&#;s Greenhouse.
