Other 3 tenants are Engineering and Business students. Very studious and responsible. Great location and across from the Zachery Engineering building. We chose it due to the close proximity to campus and the great ratings of the property. Students or staff are the only people allowed to rent at this location was also a major point. 🚶 walk to campus was key.
