I’m moving back home for financial reasons but I signed a lease earlier this year at lark central Florida for the school year and have to sublease it. A couple years ago I lived in a 4x4 there and had a really great experience. The property was always kept up with and I didn’t have many issues in my apartment but if I did, maintenance was usually fast. They have a lot of amenities and monthly perks. 💡electricity and 🌊 water is also free which is what I liked the most. / recommend. If you have a car, there’s also a $ monthly fee for a parking spot.
