I&#;m currently subleasing my apartment as I&#;m putting my plans for school on hold due to a illness in my family. I have a one bed and one bath available for $ (I got the discounted rate). It&#;s also the room with the largest bathroom in the apartment (a 4x4 plan with 👩 femaleroommates only). It&#;s a pretty nice place that&#;s also the first stop on the 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus route. Lots of different amenities that will be helpful like a clubhouse and 🏊 pool. I already paid the subleasing fee so it should be free to apply. Looking for someone ASAP to take over my lease.
