I am looking to sublease my room at Riverwind at Alafaya Trail apartments for $/month starting in August (before classes at 💛 UCF start). I will pay the application/administrative fees ($) upon approval and signing of the lease. The apartment is a fully furnished 4/4, including furniture, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, and has a private balcony. The room I would like to sublease has a private bath, is slightly larger than the others in the apartment, is on the 3rd floor, and has a large window overlooking a courtyard. Internet, cable, 🌊 water, and 💡electricity are included in the lease. This property is located about 1.5 miles from the 💛 UCF main campus and has 🚌 buses that run to campus every minutes during the week (5-minute ride). The 🚌 bus stop is just downstairs from the apartment. The clubhouse includes amenities such as a computer lab, study room, a large 🏊 pool and hot tub, 🎥 movie theatre, billiards/game room, and a small workout room/gym.
The one returning roommate is 🎇clean, quiet and keeps to himself.
