Mill Creek is 🚶 walkable and one of the 🏆best places to live in Chapel Hill. The condo is on the 1st floor in the front of the complex. Each bedroom has a lock on the door for extra privacy.
The condo is nicer than most all others with wood floors, granite in kitchen, stainless appliances, brand new A/C and heat system etc.
Rent is $. a month. You can’t beat that all-inclusive price. $ all in.
The current tenants are respectful, 🎇clean and responsible with housekeeping, and have a relatively quiet lifestyle. The sublease is expected to be the same.
